Do you service all types of bikes?

Yes we do. We service and fit all types of bikes including pedal assist bikes. The only bikes that we don't service are cargo style bikes due to room restrictions.

Do you deal in warranty claims?

Yes we can process warranty claims for all the brands that we stock. We are a registered dealer for Scott, Trek, Felt, Apollo, Avanti, Shimano and Sram. For more information on our brands see the Collections tab above. We do require the original receipt of purchase. Products bought online or overseas cannot be returned via a store. They need to be returned to the place of purchase.

Do you sell trisuits or wetsuits?

Due to stock availability and costings within Australia we are no longer able to stock trisuits. 

When are you open?

We are open from 6am-1pm Monday and Tuesday. And then 10am-6pm Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Saturday's we are open from 10am-2pm. We are closed on Sundays.

Do you do bike fits?

Yes we do. We have a qualified bike fitter on staff. Bike fits are $199 for the first bike and $150 for the second bike. We advise that you have a bike fit before you buy a bike not after. 

Do you fix scooters or escooters?

No we do not.
