Shipping policy

Products are sent using Australia Post Satchels.

Prices are listed at checkout and are based on the size of the product. 

Larger items may require a bigger bag due to size despite weight being low.

Heavy items can be collected from our store in Zillmere.

Bikes can be ordered online but are only available for Click n Collect.

No responsibility is taken once the product has left our store. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

We will send you an email providing you with a date of despatch and a tracking number and will assist in everyway we can if there is an issue.
