Returning items

As per ACCC guidelines "Consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the consumer guarantees if:
- they got what they asked for but simply changed their mind, found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.
- We accept returns within 30 days of original purchase.
- All items must be in new condition and unused.
- Returns for all purchases requires the original receipt.
- Online purchases may be returned to our store, or by following the online return instructions below.
- In-store purchases can be taken back to the store.
- For bikes please see our Manager at the Zillmere store.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method, except for cash which is refunded back via direct deposit.
- Online refunds are processed within 3 business days of approval. (This does not include postage time or warranty claims)
- Refunds may take 3-10 business days after final approval to appear back in your bank account or credit card.
- In-store cash refunds are processed via direct deposit. Valid ID is required.
- A refund will not be given if you simply change your mind, you misused the product or service in a way that contributed to the problem or if you asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the mechanic or were unclear about what you wanted.
Due to the intimate nature of our swim wear and triathlon suits the Australian Consumer Law states that swimwear businesses are not obligated to make refunds or exchange swimwear items.
Please be sure to carefully select the right sizing for your ideal fit.
Online return instructions
To obtain a refund or exchange for an online order, follow the instructions below.
Step 1
Email damian@swimriderunfaster.com with a return request.
Step 2
Place your item(s) and your receipt back in the original packaging and reseal the packaging ready for shipping. Post item to Swim Ride Run Faster, 1/67 Dunsford Street, Zillmere QLD 4034.
Step 3
Attach a new posting label and post the parcel at any registered post office.
Step 4
Forward the details of the courier service & tracking number of your online return along with any additional information to damian@swimriderunfaster.com.
Step 5
We will email you when your return or exchange has been approved and processed please allow 3-10 business days to process the refund on receipt of the approved return email. When processing an exchange, if the item you require is out of stock, a refund will be issued if a suitable alternative cannot be provided.
Swim Ride Run Faster will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
In the event that your product is lost in transit, Swim Ride Run Faster will not be held liable.
Customers will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charge.
